Alla in Canada continued its pedagogical activity. She first worked as a teacher for replacement in Toronto schools then taught French in Tecumseh Senior Public School (TDSB). She currently works in the Ross Doan Public School and Alexander Mackenzie (YRDSB). In 2006 she graduated from Seneca College and Alla received a Canadian diploma in ECE, and then, after studying at Ryerson University, she got the certificate of a social worker. Alla's experience and education helped her to work effectively with children and young people and be the Manager of the Russian Youth Theatre troupe.
